Who can go?
Students & recent graduates
- Active undergraduate students.
- Active postgraduate students.
- New graduates — apply before graduating, complete within 12 months.
2 to 12 months
- Minimum 2 months, maximum 12 months.
- Not with EU institutions or your own national embassy.
- Interning in your home country is strongly discouraged (lowest funding priority).

How to find a host
You're in the driver's seat — this is your first real international job hunt. A proven strategy:
Polish your CV first
Use the Europass format, write a strong cover letter, and highlight the practical skills you built at CUT.
Target & pitch
Don’t wait for postings. List your dream companies, studios or labs, find the right manager on LinkedIn, and send a targeted, personal email.
Sell your funding
Mention that you come through Erasmus+ with your own funding — employers love a motivated intern who costs them nothing.
Leverage CUT faculty
Your professors have deep connections abroad. Ask for an introduction — it opens doors.

The two-stage approval
Pre-approval
- Submit your application and transcripts via the portal.
- The Committee ranks on the criteria published on the call — grades, year of study, language level, the relevance of your host, and the published deductions.
- A high rank earns you a “pre-approval” seat.
Securing the placement
- You have up to 2 months before the start date to secure an official Acceptance Letter from a host.
- Category A also needs your Departmental Coordinator to approve the company for ECTS.
