A semester abroad that counts at home

Spend one or two semesters studying abroad. Full credit transfer, guaranteed funding, and zero delays to your graduation. Scroll the five stages — and compute your own numbers on the way.

Full credit transfer€550–674 / monthUp to 12 months per cycle
Stage 01 · Can I go?

Three rules decide eligibility

  • You've finished your first year at CUT.
  • You have Erasmus+ months left — every student gets up to 12 months per degree cycle.A 5-month semester still leaves room for a summer traineeship and a BIP.
  • Your destination isn't your country of permanent residence.Technically possible, but lowest priority for funding.
Stage 02 · Where?

Your department writes your map

You cannot go just anywhere: exchanges run on bilateral agreements between your CUT department and each partner university. You apply for the places allocated to your department — which is why the destinations explorer asks who you are before it shows you Europe.

Students send one when they get back — a sentence about the semester, three words for the city, and one thing they wish they had known.
Stage 03 · Get approved

The golden rule: 25 ECTS

⚠ 25 ECTS minimum — no approval, automatic rejection

Before departure you need official pre-approval from your Academic Department for at least 25 ECTS. Courses abroad must have similar or complementary learning outcomes to your CUT programme — not identical ones.

Your Departmental Erasmus Coordinator guides the match and signs your Learning Agreement — digitally, in the platform.
