International mobility

Erasmus+ beyond Europe — teaching, training and study exchanges between CUT and partner universities around the world.

KA171 funds exchanges with universities outside Europe. Each place belongs to a partnership: CUT staff teach or train at the partner, the partner's staff visit CUT, and some partnerships also hold places for students. Every partnership starts as a proposal from a CUT colleague.

Students. CUT student places are offered through the Office's calls, like every Erasmus+ call. Students of a partner university are nominated by their university.

Propose a partner

The Erasmus Office opens an internal call once a year and announces it to all staff.

01

Propose a partner

When the Erasmus Office opens the internal call, propose a partner university outside Europe in the staff portal — why this partner, what the exchange would achieve, which flows you need.

02

The Office builds the application

The Office reviews every proposal, combines them by country and region, and submits CUT’s KA171 application to the National Agency.

03

Lead the partnership

If the partnership is funded, you lead it: you hold its first outgoing place, host its visitors, and the app guides each step — from the agreement to the payments.

Before you propose. The partner needs an EU Organisation ID, and an inter-institutional agreement must be signed before any mobility — a partner ready to sign matters more than a famous name. Staff teaching abroad teach at least 8 hours a week.
