Important Deadlines
Please note the strict application periods for incoming Erasmus+ students. Failure to submit your application by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your nomination.

For Partner Universities: Official Nomination
Erasmus Officers and International Coordinators from our partner institutions must officially nominate their selected outgoing students via our dedicated online portal. Please ensure nominations are completed prior to the student application periods.
Student Application Process
Await Your Official Nomination
You cannot apply directly to CUT on your own. Your home university’s International/Erasmus Office must first officially nominate you using our online Nomination Portal (see above). Once your nomination is processed, you will be cleared to begin your application during the dates our portal is open.
Prepare Your Documents
Before opening the application portal, ensure you have the following documents ready to upload (in PDF format):
- Passport or National ID Card: A clear scan of the photo page.
- Official Transcript of Records: Issued by your home university in English.
- Proof of English Proficiency (B2): Either an official certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IGCSE) or a signed confirmation letter from your home university.
- Digital Passport-Style Photo: For your CUT student ID card.
- Portfolio (For Fine Arts/Design students ONLY): A digital portfolio of your previous work.
Submit Your Application & OLA
The portal opens from 01 to 14 July for the Autumn semester and 15 to 30 November for the Spring semester. To complete the process:
- Visit our Application Portal.
- Complete the form following these step-by-step instructions, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Draft and submit your Online Learning Agreement (OLA) through the Erasmus+ Dashboard or your home university’s system.
Please note: The application deadline is July 15 for the Autumn semester and December 1st for the Spring semester. Failure to submit your application by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your nomination. Upon successful registration, you will receive your official Acceptance Letter.
