To ensure a smooth transition, please follow the steps outlined below to complete your application and prepare for your mobility at CUT.
Step 1: Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
The Online Learning Agreement (OLA) outlines the courses you intend to take during your Erasmus+ mobility at CUT. Completing this document is essential for finalizing your study plan and ensuring credit recognition.

Choosing Your Courses:
- Visit the Course Catalogue, which features a selection of English-taught courses specifically for Erasmus+ students. You can choose courses from any discipline to complete your Online Learning Agreement (OLA), regardless of your field of study.
- Mandatory Course: The LCE 660 Greek Language and Culture Course (4 ECTS) is required for all incoming students and is designed to help you immerse yourself in Cypriot culture.
- Language Courses: You can also take additional courses in languages like French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Russian through our Language Centre.
- Can’t Find a Course? If you don’t see what you need in the Course Catalogue, you can explore the relevant department’s website and request English-taught options for individual or group study
- If needed, contact the Departmental Erasmus Coordinators for guidance.
Step 2: Housing Application
CUT provides affordable housing options through the Apollonia Student Halls, managed by the Christian Orthodox Church of Cyprus.
- Benefits: Modern facilities, affordable rent, and convenient transportation to the campus.

Step 3: Application Process
Complete your Erasmus+ application via the CUT Portal.
Steps:
- Visit the application portal: CUT Portal.
- Follow the instructions in the Application Guide.
- Upload the required documents no later than by the deadline set on your nomination acceptance email:
- Learning Agreement (OLA)
- Recent Transcript of Records
- Proof of English proficiency (minimum B2)
- Copy of Identity Card/Passport
- European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
Failure to submit your application by the deadline may result in cancellation of your nomination. Upon successful registration, you will receive your Acceptance Letter.
