Course-Embedded Mobility
The world is your classroom. Take regular CUT degree courses that feature built-in, fully-funded international field trips.
What is Course-Embedded Mobility?
Imagine registering for a standard required class at CUT, attending lectures on campus for the first few weeks, and then traveling abroad with your professor and classmates to apply what you’ve learned in the real world.
Course-Embedded Mobility allows CUT faculty to integrate a short, intensive international trip (usually 5 to 10 days) directly into their syllabus. The travel is fully funded by the Erasmus+ programme, meaning you get a life-changing global experience without extending your degree or paying out of pocket.
Pedagogical Innovation
At CUT, we believe applied sciences require applied environments. Course-Embedded Mobility rests on three core pedagogical pillars:
Experiential Learning
Moving beyond theoretical lectures to place students directly in the physical context of their studies, bridging the gap between textbook and reality.
Challenge-Based Fieldwork
Students are not passive tourists; they are deployed to foreign cities to solve specific, location-based challenges identified in the syllabus.
Inclusive Internationalization
Providing critical global competence to students who cannot afford the time away for a full 6-month traditional exchange.
Explore Embedded Courses
Here is a sample of CUT classes that take the classroom across borders. Ask your academic advisor which courses in your department feature an embedded mobility component.
Classical Urban Design & Restoration

Contemporary Interactive Media
Design interactive multimedia installations locally, then travel to Berlin to showcase your work and collaborate with underground European digital artists.
Global Public Health Policies
