This course addresses sustainable supply chains, focusing on ESG, carbon accounting, food security, and agribusiness. It integrates theory with practical applications, emphasizing sustainability communication and marketing, preparing participants to design and implement effective green supply chain models.

Learning Methods & Outcomes

 

This course is composed of online lectures on the theoretical basics of sustainability and food supply chain management, and a physical component in CUT in Limassol, Cyprus comprising lectures and meetings with sustainability experts and SCM leaders, guided project work, and production site visits and field trips. Participants will be able to conceptualize and evaluate a sustainable supply chain approach for a specific business, product and regions and understand its societal and business value.
