Incoming Academic and Staff Mobility
For Academic visits under teaching and training (STA/STT) year 2020/2021
Kindly note that for visiting CUT and for the day to day program to be followed you need to contact directly the Host Academic Contact person. Please check the Erasmus Departmental Coordinators list and agree a visiting plan and the travel dates.
Please note that aside from the planned Erasmus Staff Weeks the Erasmus+ International Mobility office is not responsible to plan day to day activities to be followed on the participant’s part on individual basis.
The Erasmus+ International Mobility Office will provide each participant, once accepted on the part of the Host Academic Department, with the signed STT (Training) or STA (Teaching) Agreement prior to arrival, and at the end of the mobility, with the Certificate of Attendance signed by the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator Aristodimos Lanitis.
It is the participant’s obligation to fill accordingly the ( Training (STT) or Teaching Agreement (STA) and forward them to erasmus@cut.ac.cy well in time and prior to his/ her arrival. If an invitation in document is needed kindly fill the Erasmus+Incoming Staff Invitation and forward to erasmus@cut.ac.cy
All documentation will be sent to the participant’s email once signed and stamped on our part. The Training or Teaching Agreement prior to arrival ( once signed in the part of the participant) and the Certificate of Attendance at the end of the Erasmus period as stated in the Training or Teaching Agreement.
All documents are signed digitally.
If original documents are requested on the part of the Sending Higher Education Institution, please let us know in written, to whom documents must be sent (designated contact person and full address including postal code ). Participants will receive the necessary documentation via email and their Higher Education Institution (designated contact person) the originals, in paper.
For Administrative Staff visits for Training year 2020/2021
Kindly note that for the day to day program to be followed you need to contact directly the Department or Service you are interested to visit. Please check the Contact names for Services and Departments and agree a visiting plan and travel dates that it is of convenience to both parts.
